You'll learn techniques to quiet the mental chatter and connect with your breath. Invigorating Vinyasa yoga classes might get your energy flowing. These dynamic sequences will link movement and breath, leaving you feeling energized and focused.

My name is Alexandra and I am originally from Munich. Since 2012 I have been living in Sweden in beautiful Småland, surrounded by forest and many lakes. I feel comfortable here and my heart and soul have arrived...in the here and now.
I am a trained sports and dance teacher, as well as a yoga teacher according to B. K. S. Iyengar and Anusara Yoga according to John Friend. Over the years I have further educated myself with Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Lymfyoga and children's yoga. In addition, I am a trained classical and sports masseuse, a qualified lymph and fascia therapist and a certified Reiki and healing therapist. I also treat with frequency therapy and energy work.
On this journey, you can expect a powerhouse of Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, massages, and spa treatments, as well as cultural and nature experiences.
I warmly welcome you to Yoga and Wellness Vibes on the beautiful white sandy beach of Zanzibar.
We harness the powerful energy of the island and the sea to open our chakras through yoga and mindful being. Through Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, tension-relieving body massages, and both active and passive meditations, we will get the energy flowing and create a sense of harmony and balance. The healing power of the Indian Ocean at our doorstep is reflected in our spa treatments, which use seaweed from the lagoon and aloe vera from the home garden.
I am Meli, yoga teacher, mother, companion.
My essence, what defines my work, is to create the connection of spiritual topics and deep anchoring through the movement of the body, which can serve us as a healing instrument.
The connection of male and female parts in you.
Yoga and dance serve as a wonderful female form of expression to fully arrive in our body and thereby enable us to heal wounds, trauma and injuries and to immerse ourselves deeper in your true being and work.
This week we'll delve into various body connection techniques (yoga, conscious breathing and dance) as well as surrender to life, allowing you to naturally develop from yourself.
I consciously create space so that you can let yourself go:
into your body and the moment, everything you held before can fall away so that you can really feel yourself again - free, alive, vital.
